Our website provides services exclusively for teachers, and we have no financial or non-financial obligations with students. However, we are committed to providing technical support to students whenever needed.
As stated above, our responsibilities and obligations are solely with the teachers.
Commission fee for the institution must be paid in the last week of every month before 30th. If not, we will deactivate your account. If no response is received within a day of our deactivation notice, all files you have added to your account will be automatically deleted.
Except for the recording storage, all services are paid after consumption, so no commission fees will be refunded for any reason.
If any data in the recording storage is damaged or lost due to our fault, the full amount paid for the relevant month will be refunded.
Important: When renewing payments for classes, all previous payment records will be permanently deleted. This data cannot be recovered, so if you need to keep historical payment records, please download them before renewal.
